World Class Service
I was having issues with my custom built system. Dropped it off on a wednesday evening. I rec'd a call from the shop the next morning saying he found a folded $20 on the floor of his shop where I was standing the night before and sure enough, it was mine. WOW!! Had my computer repaired within 36 hours. He repaired the motherboard when other places would have just replaced it an charged an arm and a leg! Now it's running like new again! THANK YOU!! I would recommend this business to EVERYONE!

My Compaq crashed over 1 year ago..I was very upset and my sister gave me the name of Payless repairs.I dropped my pc off and got it back 2 days later all fixed !!! Joe the owner was so wonderful explaiing to me what and how it happened. We need more business's and people like Joe's Payless repair shop.Thank you Joe..It is nce to know I have someone I can trust if I need your services again..And I am sending my daughter your way with her 2 yr old Dell.

They Fixed Toshiba Laptop that Geek S**** Couldn't
Had this is to the "GEEKS" and they said it needed a new motherboard because Jack was broken. They said it would cost over $500 to have board replaced so I ould be better off buying a new model they had on sale. As they were telling me this a girl and her boyfriend came up to me and said they overheard my situation. They said they knew of a place in North Buffalo that would repair it. Sooooooooooooooooo, I bring it to Payless tell them I need it ASAP and they rush it for the next day. Total Cost $100 -- There is a sign on the front counter that says please write reviews if happy And Here I am. Thanks Payless Keep up the good work. Lynne

Brought my Dell 4400 computer in Jan 23rd because it wouldn't turn on. Paid for the estimate and 20 Minutes later got a call from Joe the owner. He said there was no problem with the computer and advised me to check my connections. To my surprise the breaker button popped on my surge protector outlet under my computer desk. I pushed it back and YES it was the problem. I look at it this way.This repair shop could have lied and made up a problem or told me anything but they didn't. They told me the truth.I am taking the time to write this because of the honesty and super fast response. OH YEAH! He refunded my $40.00 Estimate charge (I made him take $10 for lunch) Recommend Payless to all in need of computer repairs

I make my living selling on E-bay and my Dell Desktop computer died. Payless was one of the few shops that didn't tell me it would take three to five days to repair it. I brought it in and they were able to get it back to me the next day! To my surprise the owner even met me on Saturday so I could pick it up (they are only open Tue-Fri) This is a stand up repair shop and I highly recommend then to anyone in need of computer repairs. Oh Yeah, cost was way less than other shops quoted me over the phone.
