Very Comfortable
My experience has been terrific; I was seen in a timely fashion, every one that I encountered had been friendly and helpful. Explanations of what was to be done were made which helped my understanding. I will highly recommend this service to family & friends in the area. I would like to continue my care here despite the distance. Very professional and caring.

A lovely Experience
I have been very impressed with the way that everyone has treated me during my dental visits. I have had very minimal discomfort. The dentist Dr. Plumb has been quick to ask me if I am feeling any pain, which I didn't. The new technology is amazing. I liked seeing the picture on the computer screen. I've been very pleased with all the helpful and cheerful staff.

Not so Gentle! by meg w. at InsiderPages
Don't go! I will never set foot in the doors of Gentle Dentistry! Because of them I lost a tooth and about $2000! If you do go be sure to watch how they bill your ins. The billing is a mess! My son had ortho. and I was over billed $2000 and will never see that money again. I put it on the charge that they set up for me and because I put it on the charge I have agreed to pay it. Then on top of that they got the money from the ins. so they got paid twice!

So I am not alone.... by Tammy S. at InsiderPages
I had dental work done by Gentle Dentistry, Gentle being the key word here. It was not gentle and definitely not done to the standard of care that I feel it should have been done. After reading a posting by another unhappy consumer of Gentle Dentistry, I felt the need to write one of my own. I want to start out by saying all the tv's and music they play for you is because you spend hours sitting in a chair waiting for the Dr. to get done seeing other patients or back from his lunch. But please.don't be human and run 5 minutes late because if you are, the staff blames it on you and then tells you sorry he has already left for lunch, reschedule.I told them no, I will be seen by a dentist today before I leave here. When I was finally seen, I was told by Dr. Glassbrenner that I cant just pick and choose who I want to see. Since when??? That was just the beginning. This particular dentist left bruises under my chin from holding so hard. He left me sitting in a chair for almost an hour and a half to let the Novocaine take effect then had to give me more Novocaine because it had begun to wear off. He left decay in a tooth and covered it w a filling, On another tooth, he removed an old silver filling and left part of the silver in the tooth and then covered it up w an on-lay/inlay. This same dentist drilled down between two teeth and ruined a good tooth, left it with drill marks in it and then called it good. I also went back several times complaining of pain, not being able to floss or chew on that side of my mouth for WEEKS and eventually months. When I went back 2 different times. I was told I had major dental surgery and needed to give my mouth time to heal. Just how long does it take to heal? I was told several months. I accepted it. When I had a filling fall out that Gentle Dentistry filled TWICE, I went to a better dentist, in fact an Excellent Dentist that help

Think twice! by L S. at InsiderPages
After being away from the dentist for many years I was excited to try this practice known for it's gentle treatment of its patients but I was in for a rude awakening. I sat in the dental chair for an hour without being seen on two separate occasions and was treated rudely for pointing it out to one of the staff! She told me they were shorthanded and if I preferred I could reschedule, this after already wasting so much of my time! They even interrupted a procedure so that I was forced to pay for it before the doctor continued. To top everything off they told me I was all set just to go home and discover a big cavity in my mouth that even I could see with the naked eye. I feel as though the staff pats you on the back while really reaching for your wallet!!

Best dentist I've been to.
I have always been nervous about seeing the dentist. I can now say I honestly look forward to it at Gentle Dentistry of East Aurora. I was in pain, got my initial exam and all my treatment done in less than a week. I've referred several friends and family since.

Don't Do It!
Gentle Dentistry was a nightmare and I encourage you to think twice! I was given the name from a co-worker after I told her I was nervous about going to the dentist. The office looked great and seemed very state-of-the-art. The office had a different feel than what I was used to. I soon realized it was a huge sales pitch and everyone was in on it. They push EVERYTHING and ended up not standing behind their work. I spent $1,200 AFTER insurance payments and when one of my crowns fell out after only 3 months I was not treated well. I was told it would be THREE weeks until I could get an appointment to put my molar crown back on. I took an early appointment at 7 AM the next week after pleading that I could not eat and was treated even worse! The dentist just shoved it in my mouth and walked out. The assistant had to go find him to see if I was done. She came back and told me I could go EVEN though I told her it did not feel right. I went out for dinner the next day and, while eating a dinner salad, my crown fell out again. I made another appointment and spoke with the owner and she said that the dentist that did my tooth was fired but she could not do anything about the crown. She would now have to give me a root canal and then build up my base and make a new crown. I paid $1,200 dollars and was treated like crap and they refused to stand behind their decision to put a crown on. Another dentist told me they NEVER should have even tried to put the crown on. Bottom line: they are a money-grubbing cult and they cannot keep people working on their office staff! HHHMMMdoes not sound right.
